Every WED, THURS , FRI morning 7-9am

WALKING FOOTBALL

Lower impact but just as thrilling.

Every Wednesday 7-8pm 

Ideal for all adults wanting a fun hour of low impact match play to get you moving.

Futsal Training

Every Friday 530-730pm

Ages 7-13

A five-a-side game, futsal is normally played on a flat indoor pitch with hockey sized goals and a size 4 ball with a reduced bounce. Games are 20 minutes per half, played to a stopping clock (similar to basketball) with time-outs permitted.

Futsal by its nature places a large emphasis on technical ability in situations of high pressure, and proves an excellent tool to develop techniques that can be translated into the 11-a-side game.

Players are constantly placed in situations where they must play whilst under pressure or in confined spaces, helping to develop their technique, movement, tactical awareness and fitness.
